How to get your records out of FlyerOS, what you can export, in what form, and why there is no charge or notice period.

You can export your own records from FlyerOS at any time, in full, at no charge. Your training and flight records are yours, and your regulator expects you to hold them, we are not going to stand between you and them.
What you can export
- Training records and lesson history.
- Flight records.
- Fleet, people and course data.
- Documents you have uploaded.
Exports come in usable, open formats, so they can be read and re-imported elsewhere rather than being locked to FlyerOS.
No fee, no notice, no conversation
There is no export fee, no notice period, and you do not have to ask permission or explain why. This holds whether you are a current customer or leaving, including after you leave. Data portability is a commitment, not a favour.
If you are leaving
Export everything before your access ends. If you are moving to another system, its supplier can usually import the open formats we produce; if they need something specific, tell us and we will help where we reasonably can. Keeping your records is your regulatory obligation, so make sure you have a complete copy in hand.
