The compliance view shows every licence, rating, medical and document across your students and staff, with how long each has left. It is one place to see what is current, what is close, and what has lapsed, so an expiry is never a surprise.
What it shows
For each person, their qualifications and their status: current, expiring soon, or expired. You can see the whole organisation at once, or filter to the people or the kinds of qualification you care about. The dates come from the same records the scheduler reads, so what you see here is exactly what eligibility enforces.
Why it stays true
You do not maintain this view. It is built from the qualification dates recorded against each person. Record a renewal on the person's record and their status updates here at once; let one lapse and it moves to expired without anyone marking it.
Acting before things lapse
Approaching expiries surface on the dashboard's Action Required list as well as here, so currency is chased in advance rather than discovered on the morning of a flight. Because eligibility enforces the same dates, a lapsed qualification also stops the bookings that depend on it, with a reason.
