When an inspector or auditor asks for evidence, you want to show them exactly what they need and nothing else. An evidence pack is how FlyerOS assembles that.
Scoped and date-filtered
A pack is built to a scope: a date range, an aircraft, a course, a set of records. It gathers the relevant training records, airworthiness evidence, authorisations and documents into one bundle, filtered to what the inspection is about, so you are not handing over the whole system to answer one question.
Built from records, not rewritten
The pack is assembled from the records already in FlyerOS, each carrying its own history of who signed it and when. So the evidence is the real record, not a summary typed up for the occasion.
It can expire
A pack can be given a validity, so evidence shared for an inspection does not stay accessible forever. Access is scoped and time-limited by design.
Under CAA and EASA expectations
The point of a pack is to answer the question an inspector actually asks, quickly and from real records, whether that is training records under CAP 1298, airworthiness under Part-ML, or authorisations and currency.
